A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

$16.00 per hourShift:

- What's a typical day as Janitor? You'll be:
- + Cleaning and maintaining warehouse floors, work areas, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas + Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing assigned spaces + Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling + Cleaning spills and ensuring safe walkways and work areas + Restocking cleaning and restroom supplies as needed + Operating cleaning equipment safely and following all safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures + Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to management + Completing assigned cleaning tasks within established timeframes •This job might be an outstanding fit if you:•+ Have previous janitorial, custodial, warehouse, or cleaning experience + Are able to work independently with minimal supervision + Can stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift as required for cleaning duties + Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality + Can follow written and verbal instructions + Are willing and able to work overnight hours from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM + Are willing to comply with company safety policies and procedures + Hold a high school diploma or equivalent + Can successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening •What happens next•Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
