Cleaning general offices and medical facility. Perform various floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.

General cleaning:

trash removal, high and low dusting, and cleaning numerous restrooms. Follow health and safety standards and safety procedures per OSHA, Maintenance and Management Associates's safety procedures and policies Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Experience in industrial floor care or general cleaning is preferred but not required. Previous experience in cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, etc. is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently. Ability to handle physical workloads (lifting heavy objects, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods of time, etc.) Training offered some knowledge preferred.
