Build Your Skills Across the Entire Operation Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where you can learn more than one job and build a broader set of skills? We're looking for a dependable, safety-minded Plant Operations Specialist to join our Niagara Falls team. This is a cross-functional position designed for someone who enjoys staying active, learning new equipment and processes, and contributing wherever the operation needs support. Rather than being assigned to one station every day, you'll be trained across Bulk, Blending, Packaging, and Warehouse operations, giving you the opportunity to develop experience throughout the plant. What You'll Do In this role, you'll work as part of the plant operations team to safely produce, handle, package, store, and ship products.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating forklifts to load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the facility Receiving incoming materials and preparing finished products for shipment Loading and unloading tankers and transferring products between tanks, blending equipment, storage units, and packaging equipment Operating blending and packaging equipment, including fill-line equipment Following batch instructions, production schedules, and established operating procedures Labeling, palletizing, wrapping, and preparing finished products for shipment Inspecting equipment, containers, tankers, and production areas for cleanliness and readiness Collecting product samples and completing required quality and production documentation Performing inventory checks and accurately recording material movements Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Cross-training throughout the facility and moving between departments as production needs change These responsibilities reflect the production, material-handling, quality, inventory, and safety duties established for the position. Qualifications:
