Responsibilities Perform residential window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, ensuring streak-free results on all types of windows, including skylights and high-rise building windows. Operate pressure washers and other cleaning equipment safely to remove dirt, grime, and debris from exterior windows and surfaces. Use telescopic poles and/or ladders confidently and responsibly to access windows at various heights while maintaining safety standards. Clean interior windows with appropriate tools and techniques, providing comprehensive service that exceeds customer expectations. Apply proper personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks to ensure safety during outdoor work and when handling cleaning chemicals or equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing cleaning supplies and equipment after each job. Skills Proven experience in storefront window cleaning, residential window cleaning, or commercial cleaning environments. Skilled in the use of pressure washers for window cleaning and traditional squeegee methods. Comfortable working at heights using ladders, rope access techniques, or scissor lifts while adhering to safety protocols. Knowledge of skylight cleaning and high-rise building window maintenance is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and address their needs effectively. Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks that demonstrate attention to detail and reliability. Familiarity with various cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, squeegees, brushes, and safety gear such as PPE. Outdoor work experience that highlights adaptability to changing weather conditions and physical demands.
