Job Description

Summary:
We're looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning Technicians. This role involves cleaning residential and commercial windows using water-fed poles to keep properties looking their best. You must be detail-oriented, physically capable of handling equipment (lifting 50-60 lbs, using poles above shoulder height), comfortable working on ladders, and committed to high-quality work. Window Cleaning:
Use water-fed poles to clean windows and make them streak-free. Must be able to hold 20-30 lbs above shoulder height while cleaning.
Manual Cleaning:
Perform detailed work using mops, squeegees, and scrapers for hard-to-reach spots.
Quality Assurance:
Check finished work for quality and report any issues.
Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain and clean equipment regularly to keep it in good working condition.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself, team members, and customers' property.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate with customers professionally, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
MUST live in QUEENS Able to lift 50-60 lbs. Comfortable working on ladders up to 32 ft. Comfortable holding and using water-fed poles weighing 20-30 lbs. above shoulder level. Good attention to detail and takes pride in quality work. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills. Able to work alone and with a team. Willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in different weather. No experience required—training provided, but previous experience is a plus
