Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Holidays Responsibilities:
Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition. Performs routine maintenance activities. Performs heavy cleaning duties. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors. Gathers and empties trash. Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities. Dusts furniture and walls. Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers. Mixes cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture. Shampoos or steam-cleans carpets. Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures. Manages inventory of cleaning supplies. Notifies managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent. Exhibits a safety-first attitude in all that is done, from proper PPE compliance to keeping the work environment safe and hazard-free. Compliance with all workplace and safety standards required. Detail oriented and can focus for long periods of time. Ability to stand and move around work area for long periods of time. Possess skills to prioritize and multi-task.
