Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our business partners. This role is vital in ensuring that all office spaces, common areas, and associated facilities are kept in pristine condition. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a hygienic workspace that promotes productivity and well-being. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including desks, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and hallways to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate floor care techniques such as buffing and stripping to maintain a polished appearance Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly while maintaining recycling protocols Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products to ensure availability at all times Conduct routine janitorial tasks including dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and sanitizing high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs Assist with light custodial maintenance tasks like minor repairs or touch-up painting as needed to uphold facility standards Follow safety procedures and use proper cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within commercial or residential settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, stripping, and general custodial practices Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, and climbing ladders when necessary Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily tasks efficiently Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance issues promptly Join our team and help us create a spotless environment where everyone feels comfortable and productive!
