A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
World Harvest Church has an immediate opening for a full-time custodian. Job Responsibilities The custodian is responsible for general cleaning duties in restrooms, offices, tabernacle, and general areas within the church and school.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean windows in general and specific areas.
- Vacuum floors in the tabernacle, and other general and specific areas.
- Clean restrooms (clean sinks, toilets, countertops, doors, mirrors, paper towel dispenser, mop floor, empty trash receptacles, etc.)
- Clean offices (dust furniture, empty trash receptacles, vacuum floors, etc.)
- Respond to on-demand clean up activities.
- Occasionally, greet, log names, and assist building visitors.
