Job Description

Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for over 85 years. Our Fort Recovery Egg Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, provides quality table and liquid eggs to consumers near and far. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.
SHIFT HOURS
Monday through Friday 10:00pm-6:00am with occasional Saturday work.
STARTING HOURLY RATE
$18.75 with the potential of increasing to $19.60 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position.
Job functions include:
Being responsible for cleaning equipment and surfaces as well as documenting work in the egg processing facility. Removing all egg debris accumulated throughout the day on the processing equipment, floor and surrounding areas. Maintaining a clean and safe plant while adhering to all
USDA/AQ/HACCP
requirements for sanitation operations. Being responsible for wearing proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.
