This position is Monday through Friday 830am to 5pm. We provide all equipment, vehicles, and uniforms. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of all household areas. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments. Maintain the cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care methods. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide friendly customer service. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred; familiarity with janitorial or housekeeping management is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation (such as vacuums and floor scrubbers), and proper use of cleaning detergents. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations. Physical stamina to perform lifting, manual handling, and activities throughout the workday. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple client homes.
