Flex Custodian

QUALIFICATIONS

Successful completion of

BCI & FBI

background checks. Negative pre-employment drug screen. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous custodial or grounds maintenance experience preferred. Ability to operate cleaning and landscaping equipment. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and chemical handling. Ability to follow directions and work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and the administration. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to use most common hand tools Willing and able to carry out the duties of the Job Description
