A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm All fulltime employees are eligible for health insurance, state pension and our 401(k) plan. We are looking for professional, enthusiastic, detail oriented, team players who can work both independently or within a team / group. Individual will function as on-site representative for Scarlet and Gray providing daily assistance for customers' needs. This position provides high quality general cleaning in a school facility, following a task list, organized schedule and additional non-routine cleaning requirements. Other positions are available in Madeira, Mariemont and Indian Hill Availability of shifts varies with location Starting rate is $17/hr. General Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills. The ability to work with a team to achieve the highest quality service levels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to work independently as needed. Adaptable and flexible to changes in the work requirements / schedules. Demonstrate the ability to learn and master work tools in a safe and consistent manner. Reliable transportation.

Education:

Some high school education needed.

Experience:

3+ years' experience in a similar capacity is helpful but not necessary. Company training is provided for this position.
