We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Janitorial & Maintenance Associate to join our team at a high-rise condominium property in Lakewood. What You'll Do This is a dynamic, active role combining daily custodial care, groundskeeping, and light property maintenance:

Janitorial & Housekeeping:

Maintain spotless common areas, lobby, elevators, hallways, stairwells, glass, and restrooms; manage trash/recycle chutes and rooms daily.

Grounds & Exterior Care:

Keep walkways, parking areas, and entrances clear of debris; operate leaf blowers, shovel/salt snow, and empty exterior waste receptacles.

Light Maintenance & Pool Care:

Assist with basic plumbing, light painting, work order repairs, and routine pool monitoring/testing.

Property Safety:

Perform daily property inspections, monitor common area lighting, and help maintain life safety equipment.

Customer Service:

Provide friendly, professional service to residents and guests while maintaining an "all-hands" team attitude.

What We're Looking For Experience:

3+ years in general housekeeping, custodial, or residential property maintenance.

Location & Commute:

Must reside within 30 minutes of Lakewood/Cleveland, hold a valid driver's license, and have a reliable personal vehicle.

Availability:

Must be available Thursday-Monday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) and open to after-hours emergency on-call response when needed.

Requirements:

Ability to pass a background check and credit check prior to hire. Must speak English. Physical & Mental Requirements Bending, reaching, crawling, climbing, stooping, squatting, standing, vision, lifting, and walking. Lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely handle, apply, and work around corrosive chemicals, solvents, and specialized cleaning agents. Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate, and ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
