First Interstate Properties and Legacy Village are seeking to hire multiple Maintenance Associates to support our operations team in maintaining First-Class Centers.

FULL TIME MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATES

SHIFT LEGACY VILLAGE

RD, LYNDHURST, OH 44124

Second shift full-time opportunities available Maintain overall cleanliness of the property and common area fixtures Assist with snow removal and de-icing in winter Perform other maintenance duties such as power washing, light painting, and inspections as needed Support event setup and teardown Provide friendly and helpful customer service while on-site Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, annual bonuses, health insurance, and a 401(k•retirement plan with annual employer contributions.
