The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in commercial setting Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, and furniture through effective floor care techniques. Conduct industrial cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment. Carry out custodial duties such as restocking supplies and managing waste disposal. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned according to established standards. Provide porter services when necessary, assisting with the movement of items within the facility. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
