Services We Provide:

Residential and commercial window cleaning (no high-rise or repelling) Gutter cleaning Pressure washing Holiday lighting installation

What You'll Do:

Arrive at the Shine office each morning for a quick team huddle and to prep equipment Travel in a company vehicle to various job sites around OKC and surrounding areas Interact with customers professionally and kindly Perform high-quality window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and/or holiday lighting Ensure each job is done right and the customer is fully satisfied Keep work vehicles organized, cleaned, and stocked at day's end

What We're Looking For:

A positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn Someone who takes pride in their work and appearance Physically capable of climbing ladders and lifting 50+ lbs. Enjoys working with their hands and outdoors Team-oriented and reliable

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Valid Oklahoma Driver's License with clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working at heights Must pass a background check and drug screening
