Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
SBS is hiring High-Rise Technicians (window cleaning, to join a safety-driven, professional team specializing in commercial low/mid/high-rise buildings. This is a skilled trade position, not general labor. We provide a certification pathway for motivated individuals ready to learn. Job Responsibilities Perform exterior and interior window cleaning Use Rope Descent Systems (RDS), ladders, and aerial lifts Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times Inspect equipment, anchors, and work areas before each job Work as part of a disciplined, professional crew Training & Certifications Provided
