As a Day Porter , you'll be the go-to person for keeping properties in pristine condition.Your day-to-day will include:
Traveling to various properties and ensuring they're clean, welcoming, and safe. Performing routine maintenance like emptying trash, cleaning sidewalks, and removing graffiti. Keeping parking lots and landscapes free of debris while reporting any landscaping or sprinkler concerns. Operating light equipment like pressure washers, blowers, and vacuums to keep properties shining. Performing light snow removal and ensuring walkways are safe during winter months. Collaborating with the property team to address maintenance needs and ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness. Other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For:
A high school diploma or GED . A valid Oregon Driver's License with a commercially insurable driving record. Two years of related experience (preferred) in janitorial, maintenance, or landscaping. Tech-savviness for using mobile apps and documenting fieldwork. The ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly. Reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting tools and equipment. Proof of auto liability insurance.Physical Demands:
Frequent lifting (25-50 lbs), standing, kneeling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable with heights and operating light machinery.What We Offer:
