LLC is a locally owned, growing cleaning company serving Central Oregon. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Commercial Cleaner to join our team and help us provide consistently excellent cleaning services to businesses in Bend and Redmond . This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with a consistent 40-hour EVENING workweek , making it a great fit for someone who is looking for something that starts in the evening. Pay $30 per hour Full-time, 40 hours per week Consistent hourly pay PTO available after 90 days Paid training Professional equipment and cleaning products provided Opportunities for advancement Schedule Monday-Friday 40 hours per week Start time is 5:00 PM or later Evening/night cleaning shifts No regular weekend work Consistent schedule What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for maintaining clean, professional, welcoming environments for our commercial clients.

Responsibilities may include:

Cleaning offices, commercial buildings, and other business facilities Dusting and detailed surface cleaning Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Cleaning kitchens, break rooms, and common areas Vacuuming carpets and rugs Sweeping and mopping floors Emptying trash and recycling Cleaning glass and high-touch surfaces Restocking supplies as needed Following cleaning checklists and company standards Reporting maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team member Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality Communicating with the team regarding schedules, client needs, and job details

Is dependable, punctual, and consistent Takes pride in their work and has excellent attention to detail Can work independently without needing constant supervision Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is comfortable performing physical work for an extended period of time Can lift up to 30 pounds Is able to bend, kneel, reach, stand, and walk throughout the workday Is professional and respectful when working in our clients' businesses Works well as part of a team Has reliable transportation Has a valid driver's license and auto insurance Can pass a background check and drug test Cleaning Experience Professional commercial cleaning experience of 1 year is required.
