The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments as part of a team: Open positions: Residential Cleaner Duties vary but are not limited to: Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and well-maintained. Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in facilities through effective commercial cleaning practices. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards while using cleaning supplies and equipment. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in various settings. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This is a physical demanding job that requires Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting or moving objects, climbing stairs and wearing a back pack vacuum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others or independently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a clean environment.
