These are a 12-month position with benefits.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Must be over the age of 18 and have a high school diploma/GED. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Takes pride in their work. Thorough knowledge of custodial and maintenance methods and materials and two years of experience in the use of custodial equipment. Works positively with adults and students. Must have a valid Oregon Driver's license and the ability to obtain a CPR/First Aid card.
