We are looking for a part-time swing shift receptionist with a minimum of one year of experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Greet visitors promptly and professionally, gathering information and referring visitor to proper team member. Answer phones promptly and professionally. Interact with residents; record work orders, refer questions/requests to the appropriate person. Properly apply all emergency procedures as required. Present a professional demeanor that communicates a corporate philosophy of service, goodwill, and genuine interest in each resident's needs. Familiarize yourself with residents of the Community. Encourage and motivate residents in all areas, providing assistance when necessary. Participate in all training offered by employer. Swing Shift responsibilities may include the following: trash removal, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, restroom cleaning and re-stocking. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. Perform other duties as assigned.
