This position is responsible for cleaning apartments, rental homes, and residential properties, with a strong focus on vacant unit turns, move-out cleaning, and preparing properties for new residents. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, works efficiently, and understands the importance of leaving every property clean, sanitized, and move-in ready. Duties & Responsibilities Perform professional cleaning of apartments, rental homes, and residential properties, including vacant unit turns, move-out cleans, and move-in-ready cleaning. Clean, sanitize, and detail surfaces throughout the property, including countertops, sinks, fixtures, cabinets, appliances, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and clean carpeted areas as appropriate. Clean interior windows, window tracks, mirrors, doors, trim, baseboards, shelving, closets, light fixtures, switches, and outlets as needed. Remove dust, cobwebs, grease, soap residue, buildup, pet hair, and other debris to achieve a clean and professional finish. Clean and detail appliances, including refrigerators, ranges/ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and range hoods. Complete both standard and deep-cleaning assignments based on the condition of the property and customer requirements. Perform quick-clean and sanitization services for properties requiring a final refresh prior to resident move-in. Follow company cleaning standards, checklists, work orders, and property-specific instructions. Inspect completed work and perform a final walkthrough to ensure the property is clean, presentable, and move-in ready. Identify and communicate maintenance issues, property damage, excessive cleaning needs, or other concerns discovered while working in a property. Properly and safely use cleaning products, chemicals, tools, and equipment. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment and notify management when supplies need to be replenished. Work efficiently to complete assigned properties within established timeframes while maintaining Brush & Beam quality standards. Travel between assigned properties and job sites throughout the workday as needed. Maintain professional communication and conduct when interacting with property managers, residents, customers, and other team members. Assist with other cleaning and property-turn tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Previous professional cleaning experience preferred; apartment turnover, move-out, residential, or property management cleaning experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently report to assigned job sites on time. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow work orders, cleaning checklists, and customer-specific instructions. Strong time-management skills and ability to complete work within established timelines. Comfortable working in properties that may vary significantly in size and condition. Ability to safely use common cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment. Professional and respectful when working at customer properties. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites as required . Valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle insurance as required for the position. Ability to successfully complete any required pre-employment screening. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position. Team members must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning motions. Climb stairs and work throughout multi-level homes and apartment communities. Lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment. Perform physical cleaning activities throughout the workday.
