ECS Commercial Cleaning is seeking a

FLOATING

cleaning technician to provide coverage for multiple customer sites in Central Pennsylvania (Harrisburg and Lancaster Areas)

Monday-Friday Start time: 6:00 PM End time: 2:00

AM Pay:

$20 per hour - Bi-weekly pay (40 Hours per Week Guaranteed) All shifts worked each day will be 8 hours (some opportunities provided for overtime) Candidates must have a valid driver's license to be able to operate a company vehicle and/or their own vehicle to commute between job sites. All job offers are contingent upon a candidate being able to successfully pass required clearances (fingerprinting, child abuse, and federal background check)

Essential Functions:

(Some functions will vary based on the assigned job site) Ensure an overall detailed clean of assigned areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.) Sanitize all high-touch surfaces Empty trash and linens Clean all windows and glass Clean and detail bathrooms. Bathroom cleaning focuses on sinks, urinals, stalls, walls, sinks/fixtures, ceiling vents, etc. Clean common areas (lobby area, break room, kitchen) Office cleaning (emptying trash, dusting chairs/computers, wiping down desks) Keep all supply closets stocked and organized. Communicate with customer as to supplies needed Sanitizing and maintaining employee locker rooms

Other Requirements:

Maintain regular and consistent attendance in alignment with the company or specific location attendance policy Communicate any structural deficiencies, safety hazards, cleanliness issues, or maintenance issues to your direct report and/or client Able to work independently with minimal supervision Perform detailed cleaning in confined spaces Strong sense of time management Ability to treat internal and external customers with respect and integrity ECS Commercial Cleaning, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination in employment on any basis.
