Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at a facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing janitorial staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Shift:
M-F, 8am- 4:30pm
Pay:
$28.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Two (2) years of Janitorial Supervisor experience is preferred and required. Proven ability to manage a large team and/or staff. Assist with the training of the cleaning team. Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building. Manage security of keys and access cards for the property. Report work orders for maintenance. Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager. check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly. Complete order forms completely and accurately. Coordinate equipment usage and inventories. Manage daily employee lunches and breaks. Maintain daily shift report for managers. Perform basic administrative, payroll and Attendance functions (as required). Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels. Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks. Ensure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance. Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered. Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests. Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
