Overview A.L. Cleaning Team needs a cleaner right away for Mechanicsburg and Hanover. This is urgent, we are hiring today and want someone in place by September 8. This is a contract position, not an employee role, with part time and full time hours available for cleaners who are willing and able to take on more work. Daytime hours run between 9 AM and 5 PM. pay will range between $18 and 21 per hour., with steady repeat clients and room to grow as our team expands. Responsibilities Perform deep cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, and Airbnb turnover cleaning along with regular residential cleaning. Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment to every job. Provide your own reliable transportation to and from client locations. Maintain professionalism and a strong work ethic at all times, including respect for client homes, property, and personal information. Communicate professionally with clients and maintain high standards of cleanliness on every job. Requirements Real experience with deep cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, and Airbnb or residential cleaning. Your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Your own dependable transportation. Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in your work. Trustworthy and able to keep client information and property confidential. Must be willing to pass a background check.
