Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Position Summary As a Porter, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our service customers. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clear service driveway, assisting customers, and supporting the service team with various tasks. Key Responsibilities Greet customers with a warm "Welcome to Brown-Daub." Escort customers to their Service Advisor. Install protective seat covers and floor mats in vehicles. Park and tag customer vehicles accurately. Retrieve vehicles for customer pickup in a timely manner. Wash vehicles as needed or requested. Shuttle customers to home or work when required. Maintain cleanliness of the breezeway and coffee area. Assist technicians and service managers as needed. Wear company-provided uniform and name tag daily. Support property maintenance, including snow removal. Uphold FCA Customer Care standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Physical Requirements Valid driver's license. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent time management and reliability. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs to shoulder height. Frequent walking, bending, and vehicle entry/exit. Professional appearance and adherence to company dress code. Previous automotive experience preferred but not required. Why Brown-Daub?
