Position Title:

Custodian Position Summary The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly school environment, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. This role may also assist with minor maintenance tasks and event setups. Evening and weekend work may be required. Key Responsibilities Clean, sanitize, and maintain all school areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash/recycling. Replenish restroom and common area supplies. Assist with minor repairs and report maintenance issues. Set up and break down furniture or equipment for events. Follow safety procedures when handling equipment and cleaning chemicals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in custodial or facilities work a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs. Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism.
