We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to provide routine janitorial and light maintenance services at a commercial parking lot in Lancaster, PA . This is a consistent part-time position servicing the property three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Shifts are generally 3-4 hours per service day , depending on the needs of the property.

$20.00 per hour

Approximately 3-4 hours per day Responsibilities include: General janitorial upkeep of the commercial parking lot Sweeping and removing trash and debris as needed Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners Collecting garbage bags and transporting them using a wheeled trash cart Taking collected trash to the property's dumpster Keeping designated areas clean and presentable Performing basic/light maintenance tasks as needed Reporting maintenance or property concerns Taking required photos through our mobile app to document completed work

Physical Requirements:

This position involves routine janitorial work with periods of physical activity. Team members must be comfortable walking throughout the property, pushing a wheeled trash cart, bending and reaching as needed, and occasionally lifting and carrying garbage bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
