DESCRIPTION
Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, polishing furniture, and operating basic mechanical cleaning equipment in a manufacturing facility.REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Empty trash containers and recycle receptacles.
- Dust mop, sweep, wet mop floors.
- Vacuum rugs and carpets.
- Scrub and clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items.
- Dust and clean walls, doors, windows, woodwork, and other above-floor surfaces.
- Dust, clean, and polish furniture.
- Clean elevators and stairwells.
- Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities needing repair or replacement.
- Perform related work as required and instructed.
