Summary Tues and Friday evenings 5pm to 8pm 16 per hour Janitorial We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team in Lancaster. This role is vital in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of various facilities, reflecting our company's values of excellence and dependability.. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and other floor care activities. Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards for safety and appearance. Handle custodial tasks for both commercial and industrial spaces. Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed. Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning projects efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or industrial setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor polishers. Good physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks. Reliable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
