Responsibilities Perform thorough window cleaning on residential properties using professional tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results Safely operate equipment such as ladders, extension poles, and scissor lifts to access hard-to-reach windows Prepare work areas by setting up necessary safety barriers and protective coverings to prevent damage or messes Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA guidelines Assist with minor maintenance tasks on cleaning equipment and report any issues or damages promptly Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to work at heights using ladders Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Physical stamina and mobility to stand, bend, lift, and carry equipment throughout the workday Good communication skills and a friendly attitude when interacting with clients Valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites Willingness to learn new techniques and follow safety procedures diligently Preferably has a truck/van to carry supplies through route.
