Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian to join our facilities maintenance team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness across all areas. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums efficiently and safely to ensure optimal floor care. Handle chemical agents with strict adherence to safety protocols for sanitation and cleaning purposes. Follow safety procedures diligently during all custodial activities, including chemical handling safety procedures and proper use of cleaning tools. Experience Proven custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or residential settings. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, sanitation standards. Experience handling chemical agents safely in accordance with safety protocol guidelines. Prior involvement in facilities maintenance or general upkeep roles is preferred.
