Responsibilities:

• Perform general custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
• Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms for meetings or events
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of assigned duties
• Flexibility to work evenings.
