Every Other Weekend, Every Other Holiday Required Position Summary A respected healthcare organization in the Montrose, PA area is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Environmental Services Technicians to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a stable position with a supportive work environment. Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The Environmental Services Technician plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout healthcare facilities and satellite locations. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize patient rooms, laboratories, offices, hallways, and common areas Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment Empty trash and recycling containers and complete scheduled waste removal runs Clean windows, glass surfaces, and entrances Wipe down and disinfect surfaces according to established procedures Maintain cleanliness standards in clinical and non-clinical areas Restock cleaning supplies as needed Travel to nearby satellite facilities when required using a company-provided vehicle Report safety, maintenance, or housekeeping concerns to management Qualifications Valid driver's license required Ability to travel between nearby facilities as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, environmental services, or commercial cleaning experience Experience operating floor care equipment is a plus Why Apply? Pay:
