Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Night Time Janitorial professional to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our facilities. This role offers an energetic work atmosphere where your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation will ensure our spaces are pristine and well-maintained. As a vital part of our facilities team, you will perform cleaning and custodial duties during daytime hours, supporting the overall health and safety of our workplace. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures to ensure effective sanitation without risk. Conduct heavy lifting tasks using safe lifting practices to move supplies, trash bins, or equipment as needed. Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and other floor care techniques to ensure a polished appearance. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability. Follow safety protocols diligently during all custodial activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs or reporting issues requiring specialized attention. Skills Proven experience in commercial or custodial cleaning with knowledge of janitorial best practices. Skilled in the use of cleaning equipment including floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools. Strong understanding of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation standards. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving supplies or equipment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach when interacting with staff or visitors. Experience in facilities maintenance or Porter roles is advantageous.
