Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance. Assist with custodial duties including trash removal, window washing, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to promote a healthy environment. Support facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep to ensure operational efficiency. Provide coverage at different sites or departments as needed, acting as a floater to fill in for absent team members or support special projects. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about completed tasks or any issues requiring attention. Requirements Ability to drive company vehicle. Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties or related roles within commercial or residential settings. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred. Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting or light repairs; experience in facilities maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards cleanliness and safety standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations.
