$18.00 per hour Overview We are hiring dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Porters to join our healthcare Environmental Services (EVS) team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff by keeping common areas clean, sanitary, and well-maintained throughout your shift. No previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training and all the tools you need to succeed. Available Shifts Choose the shift that best fits your schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM — Afternoon/Evening Shift 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM — Overnight Shift Duties & Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of all common areas throughout the facility. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean hallways, lobbies, waiting areas, stairwells, elevators, and other shared spaces. Sanitize high-touch surfaces, including handrails, door handles, light switches, and shared furniture. Empty, reline, and properly dispose of trash and waste throughout the facility. Monitor common areas and promptly respond to spills, debris, and potential safety hazards. Restock paper towels, soap, trash liners, and other necessary supplies in public restrooms and common areas. Keep cleaning carts, storage closets, and cleaning equipment clean, organized, and properly maintained. Follow all infection control, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety concerns to your supervisor. Assist the housekeeping and Environmental Services team with additional cleaning duties as needed. QualificationsNo Previous Experience Required We provide training for candidates who are motivated, dependable, and willing to learn. Required Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Able to lift up to 35 lbs. Comfortable working in a healthcare environment with elderly residents. Available to work one of the listed shifts. Able to reliably commute to Royersford, PA 19468 . Able to successfully complete a background check prior to employment. Preferred — Not Required Previous experience in porter, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or Environmental Services (EVS) work.
