Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including commercial spaces, hotels, and residential areas. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and presentable. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use. Sanitate surfaces, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a healthy environment for clients and guests. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to remove stains and maintain appearance. Execute floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing floors to keep them in optimal condition. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and responding to requests promptly. Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety practices is a plus. Experience with hotel or residential cleaning is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
