A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

- 18/hour (Based on Experience) | Company Vehicle Provided Schedule & Hours Monday
- Friday 5:30 PM
- 1 AM or completion of schedule Consistent, full-time hours About the Role We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning & Field Services Technician to perform professional cleaning, light maintenance, and inspection-related services at assigned locations.
- 18 per hour , based on experience Consistent hours and long-term stability Opportunity to grow as the company expands Key Responsibilities Perform professional cleaning services and light manual labor, including: Pressure washing Carpet cleaning Filter, bulb, and fixture changes Safely lift and move materials (up to 50-75 lbs, with assistance when appropriate) Use ladders safely for approved services Run scheduled inspection routes while maintaining a professional appearance Communicate clearly and confidently with agents, executives, and customers Complete assigned tasks consistently with strong attention to detail Maintain company quality and safety standards at all job sites Qualifications Professional cleaning experience preferred ( 3+ years ideal , but strong candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable working independently and managing daily routes Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Ability to safely perform physical job duties Benefits & Perks Company vehicle & fuel card Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off 5 days annually (accrued) Available after 90 days Increases to 10 days after 3 years 6 paid holidays Earned Wage Access Why Join Us?
