Your expertise in industrial cleaning and duct maintenance will ensure that kitchen ventilation systems operate optimally, reducing fire hazards and improving air quality. This position offers a hands-on work environment where your attention to detail is required Duties Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen exhaust hoods, ducts, filters, and fans using appropriate cleaning equipment and hand tools Utilize pressure washing techniques to remove grease buildup and debris from ventilation systems Safely operate ladders and other access equipment to reach high or hard-to-access areas Follow strict safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and eye protection Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of cleaning supplies, equipment, and debris in compliance with safety standards. Complete detailed service reports, log maintenance activities, and communicate findings with team members and clients Adhere to outdoor work safety standards when performing duct cleaning in exterior or semi-exposed environments Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-quality kitchen hood maintenance! Your expertise will help ensure safe, clean, and efficient commercial kitchens while advancing your skills in industrial cleaning. No experience is required and on the job training is provided Applicants must be reliable and have a valid drivers license. All certified techs will receive a 300.00 hiring bonus after 30 days. Lead technicians can earn weekly commissions on top of hourly pay. Starting pay based on based on experience. Employer review after 30 days.

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
