As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our F&B team as a Restaurant Porter .

Position Overview:

This full time position is responsible for supporting the upkeep, repair, and overall appearance of kitchen facilities, ensuring that all pieces of equipment are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. The assigned porter shift is 4:00AM to 12:00PM, and is subject to change at any time based on business needs. Our Restaurant Porter will report directly to kitchen/culinary leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general kitchen and other F&B facilities maintenance including basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and detail cleaning Inspect facilities regularly to identify and address maintenance needs Support the setup and breakdown of special events and projects as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Assist with general kitchen sanitation and non-food operations (trash removal, order receiving, etc.)

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous facilities, building, or maintenance experience of 3+ years is required High school diploma or GED required Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical systems a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must pass a background check
