In this position, you will be responsible for various duties for the Chief Executive Officer. You will also assist other departments as needed. Our ideal candidate should Job Description Complete cleaning of kitchens, including countertops, cabinets, sinks, appliances, and floors Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, tubs/showers, vanities, mirrors, and floors Dusting and wiping doors, trim, baseboards, windowsills, and accessible surfaces Cleaning interior doors and commonly touched surfaces Vacuuming carpeted areas Sweeping and mopping hard-surface flooring Removing visible cobwebs Cleaning closets and storage areas Removal of light surface dirt, dust, and buildup Final inspection of cleaned areas to ensure the unit is ready for turnover Qualifications Highly responsible & reliable. Valid driver's license & reliable transportation. Clear knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals. Ability to understand verbal and written instructions. Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a positive attitude. Ability to effectively work independently and as a member of a team. Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods; ability to lift 25 to 30 pounds. Ability to adapt to changing schedules or routines, good time management skills. Must pass a background check.
