Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in both residential and commercial settings. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that each space is left spotless and welcoming for our clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring fresh and clean supplies for clients. Manage floor care tasks, including sweeping, polishing, and maintaining various types of flooring. Execute housekeeping management tasks to ensure efficient workflow and organization of cleaning supplies. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to maintain the quality of carpets. Assist in custodial duties as required, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation as requested by clients. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with various cleaning products, tools, and equipment used in the cleaning industry. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently.
