What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

PART-TIMEFLOATER CLEANER
TJ's High Quality Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable and hardworking Floater Cleaner to join our team. Someone who is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work. If you are not a hard worker, this position is not for you. This position will work across both commercial/janitorial accounts and residential move-in/move-out cleanings.Position Details:
- Part-time — up to 30 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- Must be available for 1st and 2nd shift
- Weekly pay
- Training pay: $13.50/hour
- After successful training: $15+/hour
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from different job locations
- Must be able to work well as part of a team
- Must be dependable and report to work on time
- Must be able to handle physically demanding work
- Must be flexible and able to work at different locations
- Must be willing to learn and follow company cleaning standards Our residential work primarily consists of move-in/move-out cleanings, which can require detailed and physically demanding cleaning.
