Duties Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms or commercial spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards. Supervise janitorial and custodial staff, providing guidance on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and sanitation management. Coordinate cleaning schedules for industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including laundry and housekeeping operations. Monitor staff performance, offering coaching and feedback to promote high-quality service delivery and efficient team management. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained properly in accordance with safety regulations. Implement sanitation procedures aligned with health standards to prevent contamination and maintain hygiene excellence. Communicate effectively with management regarding inspection outcomes, staffing needs, and areas requiring improvement to enhance overall service quality. Experience Proven supervising experience in cleaning or custodial services within hospitality, healthcare, or industrial settings. Extensive janitorial experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, staff supervision, and management communication. Familiarity with safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, sanitation management, and facility maintenance. Experience overseeing housekeeping or hospitality operations with a focus on cleanliness standards. Knowledge of laundry processes and custodial responsibilities in high-volume environments is preferred. Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
