Commercial Cleaning Technician / Janitorial Team Member Lowcountry Commercial Services is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing commercial cleaning team. Position Type Full-Time Evening Shifts Required No Overnight Shifts Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed Job Summary The Commercial Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial facilities throughout the Lowcountry area. Team members will perform a variety of janitorial and cleaning duties while delivering outstanding service to our clients. Responsibilities Sweep, mop, scrub, and clean floors Vacuum carpets and other surfaces Clean and sanitize restrooms Remove trash and replace liners Clean common areas, breakrooms, and office spaces Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Operate cleaning equipment and supplies safely Drive company vehicles between job sites when required Additional Responsibilities for Supervisors Inspect completed work for quality and compliance Lead and direct cleaning crews Train and support team members Ensure client expectations are met at each location Qualifications Valid driver's license required Cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required Reliable, dependable, and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass a background check Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies Benefits Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and vacation Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Why Join Lowcountry Commercial Services?
