Serving as an on-site Cleaning Team Lead and Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will: Lead the

Team:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure daily duties are completed efficiently and to high standards .

Hands-on Support:

Work alongside your crew in general cleaning tasks, including trash removal, dusting, restroom care, and vacuuming .

Quality Control:

Act as the primary lead for quality inspections to keep the facility looking top-notch .

Operational Excellence:

Support management by training new team members, managing supply inventories, and coordinating special projects . What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications 1-3 years of solid janitorial/cleaning experience with proven leadership skills Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, professional attitude
