General Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming Perform trash removal and replace containers with empty bags Service, supply and clean restrooms including all fixtures; toilets, urinals, partitions, walls, vents and mirrors Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Patrol entire site for any trash and/or spills that needs to be cleaned Other cleaning tasks may apply Requirements Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum Must be able to perform all required duties of the position Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Must pass a criminal background check Must have reliable transportation Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
