A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
Move-out and deep cleaning of houses, condos, and rental properties Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Cleaning appliances inside and out Wiping cabinets, baseboards, doors, fixtures, and other detailed areas Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping Removing dust, buildup, and debris Following property-specific cleaning instructions and checklists Reporting damages or maintenance concerns found during cleaning Making sure each property is clean and ready for the next tenant, owner, or guestWhat We're Looking For:
Previous professional cleaning experience required Reliable transportation Working smartphone with reliable service Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently without constant supervision Knowledge of cleaning products and how to use them correctly and safely Comfortable working in properties of different sizes and conditions Ability to bend, kneel, lift, and remain on your feet for extended periods Own cleaning supplies and equipment preferredSchedule:
This is not a set Monday-Friday schedule . Work is assigned as properties become available, and the number of hours will vary. Some days you may be assigned one larger home and be finished for the day. Other days may consist of a smaller condo or multiple assignments depending on workload. Most work is performed during daytime hours , making this a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time work.Pay:
$17.00 per hour We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the little things, and understands the difference between simply wiping something down and leaving a property truly move-in ready .Experience:
